What are research peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids studied across many areas of preclinical science. Research-grade peptides are intended strictly for in vitro or animal-model research and are not intended for human use.

How to read a Certificate of Analysis (COA)

A COA typically documents identity (e.g., mass spectrometry), purity (e.g., HPLC), appearance, and lot-specific details. Reviewing analytical methods and acceptance criteria helps establish traceability for a research lot.

Purity vs. identity

Identity confirms the compound is what it is claimed to be; purity quantifies how much of the sample corresponds to that compound versus impurities. Both are relevant to reproducible research outcomes.
